SHIPPING RATES
The following Shipping Companies are available to ship your order anywhere in the world:

USPS, UPS, & FEDERAL EXPRESS (Fed Ex is available offline).

USPS and UPS real-time estimates may be provided after adding your selected item to the shopping cart and before billing information is submitted at checkout.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFORMATION
All USPS, UPS,and Fed Ex shipped orders are now sent insured with Delivery Confirmation . Insured shipments entitle you to a refund by insurance if the product is lost in shipment.

SHIPPING RATES - INTERNATIONAL - International destinations may also require payment of duties. Customer or recipient must be prepared to furnish fees on import duties.

Return of Delivery Due to Incorrect Address or Undeliverability - Sleepsonic is not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to recipient's post office errors, incorrectly entered address, or rules and regulations in the recipient's country. If this occurs Sleepsonic will refund customer full value minus shipping if the returned item is received by us undamaged. Restocking fees may apply depending on the situation related to the return.

If there is any doubt about recipient's address at the time of placing the order, this should be cleared up first by reviewing post office or customs office guidelines (especially for non USA addresses).


RETURNS


Below are terms and conditions for acceptance of return items. If you purchased your product from a store or reseller, please take your return inquiry directly to your place of purchase, with receipt.

For online customers of Sleepsonic.com, please read the following:

Your happiness is important to us. Please note that some returns are subject to re-stocking fees (up to 25%) and may not be accepted in all instances.

1.) Due to the hygienic and rehabilitative nature of Sleepsonic® products, these are considered non returnable after use unless found defective.

2.) CDs and Books are non returnable unless found damaged or defective.

3.) Any surplus /sale or discounted item is non-returnable unless found defective.

4.) Sleepsonic products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

5.) Cash refunds are not offered unless items are returned unopened & unused.

6.) Shipping and handling charges on returns are NOT refunded or credited.

7.) If a return is issued an RMA number under the above conditions these are eligible for store credit, minus a restocking fee, or sent a check after the RMA issued return is recieved.
